Do you think you would be able to "sell yourself" in an interview right now if you had to? Why or why not? When I say "sell yourself", I mean make your interviewers know why you should be selected over other people for a job, position, internship, etc. Essentially, do you know how to describe all of the positive attributes about yourself?

Today’s lesson is a continuation of yesterday’s. Please refer to yesterday’s slides for any assistance you may need. Create a google doc titled “ 10/20 Literary Device Practice Poem. Please fill in your last name in. Add this document to this assignment when you turn it in.

On this document, please write either 20 line poem (100 words minimum) OR 2 paragraph story (150 words minimum) in which you experiment with using at least 5 literary devices.

Once you are done writing your piece, you should highlight the literary devices in different colors. You can either highlight or put the text in different colors. Once you have done this, add a comment explaining why you have chosen to use those literary devices or how they add to the meaning of your overall story or poem.

Please be creative. You can write about any topic you want. If you are having trouble finding a topic, you can use this site for inspiration: https://www.creative-writing-now.com/poem-starters.html.
