College Office
At Bronx High School of Business we are all about helping our students find the right fit for their next academic journey. We believe that the college process in and of its self should be educational. It is a wonderful and exciting time for self-discovery when students get to hone in what they want to pursue and where they want to explore next.
We understand that applying for college can be an overwhelming process which is why students at BHSB receive support from our college advisor, Lisette Soto from the New Settlement Apartments College Access Center.
Students receive a brief introduction to the college process in their third year and kick off with college research and college visits throughout their upperclassman journey.
HERE ARE SOME UPCOMING EVENTS AT THE COLLEGE OFFICE
Application week; October 24th- October 30th
Documents necessary to complete college applications are as follows;
- US Citizen; Passport, Citizenship certificate, birth certificate
- Permanent Resident: green card picture
- Student Social Security card
- Parents 2022-2023 Federal and State taxes with W2 forms
- Parents Social Security cards
- Parents NYS Id cards
- Public Assistance documentation: budget letter for food stamps, W.I.C., SSI, etc.
- Covid Vaccination Card
